Nowruz Rituals

One of the rituals performed during Nowruz is the setting of a Sofraye Haft Sin - a table or dining cloth, prepared with seven (or more) items starting with the letter S. Each of the items has a symbolic meaning that is strongly rooted in Iranian culture.

This ancient tradition is presented in a modern way, inspired by Nastaleeq calligraphy, these items are minimized to the bare essentials. Without the classical ornaments the focus of Haft Sin. Every piece was crafted to symbolize it's traditional meaning while keeping an eye for contemporary aesthetics.
